We are pleased to provide our latest construction progress update for the Grandton Applecross apartments.
We are delighted to announce that the first few days of spring coincide with a very significant milestone at Grandton Applecross.
The stunning rooftop terrace has now been poured, completing the main structure of the building and what spectacular views we have been provided with. The building will take more shape now as the structural formwork is removed from the site in the coming weeks.
We now have the tilers building up their team on site and external glass balustrading will commence in the coming week.
Internally finishes are progressing very well and our onsite display is taking shape.
The lift contractor made some large deliveries on site last week and they have now commenced their works.
Being Spring now we are looking forward to some great weather and hence should make solid progress over the coming months.
