Grandton Applecross operates under the WA Retirement Villages Act. To qualify for residency at least one of the residents must be retired or have attained the age of 55 years.

Residents can be granted a licence for up to one or two car bays (depending on their apartment type), in accordance with and subject to the terms of the licence agreement.
