We are pleased to provide our latest construction progress update for the Grandton Applecross apartments.
The stunning rooftop terrace is a hive of activity. Planters have been built and the steel arbours are currently being constructed. The glass balustrading panels are also being installed to the rooftop. What a view the rooftop has!
Once balustrading has been completed from each level moving downwards, the scaffolding and black mesh will be taken away to reveal Grandton’s stunning features.
Internally, floor and wall tiling is progressing well in the bathrooms between levels 4 and 7.
Joinery to our new sales suite will be installed in the third week of October 2023. We hope to have the apartment available for viewing in November 2023.
The Builder is anticipating final completion of Grandton to be around March 2024 with residents expecting to move in following the issue of titles.
