We are pleased to provide our latest construction progress update for the Grandton Applecross apartments.
The planter boxes and external works are now being completed at the roof level and soon the tranquil garden with fruit trees, herb gardens and more will take shape.
In the third week of January, the crane and external hoist will be removed from the site, which will enable us to complete the façade works on the Southern Elevation.
Now that the external balustrading has been completed, we have been able to progressively remove the external scaffold on the top floors and reveal the final graphite coloured building façade.
The interior fitout is also making good progress with the installation of the cabinetworks to Level 7 and the interior walls on the top few floors currently being built.
The timber flooring in the display apartment has now been installed, and once the internal lift is fully operational, we will be able to take small groups for viewings on site – at this stage we expect this to be in February 2024.
If you’d like to see the finishes now, our sales suite has been custom designed with a modelled Kitchen display, custom cabinetry, fittings, window treatments and fixtures that you can expect in the Grandton Applecross apartment designs.
We are currently anticipating the final completion of Grandton to be around first week of April 2024 with residents expecting to move in following the issue of titles.

The Grandton site will close on 22nd December and workers will return on 3rd January. The Norup+Wilson team in the head office will finish on 21st December and return on 8th January.
