We are pleased to provide our latest construction progress update for the Grandton Applecross apartments.
The planter boxes on the Roof Terrace have been completed and six trees have been planted. The balance of planting will be completed towards the end of February.
The external works are progressing and paving is scheduled to commence shortly.
The temporary material hoists have been removed and the crane is scheduled to be dismantled on the 2nd of February. This will enable us to complete a significant milestone being the façade works on the southern elevation.
Now that the majority of external balustrading has been completed, we have been able to progressively remove the external scaffold on the top seven floors and reveal the final graphite coloured building façade.
The interior fit-out is also making good progress with the installation of the cabinetworks to Level 10 and the interior walls on the top few floors now completed.
The display apartment has now been finalised and will be handed over to Norup + Wilson on 2nd February.
