We are pleased to provide our latest construction progress update for the Grandton Applecross apartments.
The building is just one floor away from reaching the top.
Level 14 has been poured and over the next few weeks the concrete roof slab will be poured and that then completes the main structural works on the building.
Internally, the services install trades and internal walling are working on the 9th floor now. External windows are proceeding on the 8th floor and the tilers and painters have now commenced on site working on levels 3 and 4 of the building
The lower levels apartments look great now that the walls are painted. The high ceilings combined with the floor to ceiling glazing provides for a great sense of space. The views are amazing and just get better and better as you go up the building.
