We are pleased to share our latest construction update at Grandton for June.
On July 6th, Worksafe finally granted permission for the crane to resume operations. We now have the only Potain tower crane in the world that is fitted with a climbing harness system. This requirement has not been enforced on any other tower crane in Australia.
The crane had been shut down for a total of five weeks and now we are back building your beautiful homes. There is not much progress to report for this past month as without the crane only small teams of finishing trades were able to continue working on the site.
Looking ahead, we anticipate good progress in the coming month and look forward to sharing these milestones with you.
