We are pleased to provide our latest construction progress update for the Grandton Applecross apartments.
The façade and glazing works on the southern elevation have now been completed. Next step will be the installation of the planters and the paving works at the entrance area.
The glazing and the Arbor structures on Grandton’s Roof Terrace have now been installed and the paving works have almost been finished.
The interior fit-out of the apartments is close to completion. All timber floors and tiling to the apartments have been installed, the carpets have been laid up to level 10 and the joinery is anticipated to be completed by the end of this month.
The wall and ceiling lining for the Ground Floor Commercial Kitchen and Restaurant as well as the installation of the cool room and freezer have been finalised. The tiling of the Commercial Kitchen will commence shortly with the fit-out to follow.
The floor at the Gym and Theatre Room will be installed this week with the gym equipment and theatre furniture to follow by the end of May.
The pool tiling has made good progress, and we expect the completion of the Pool Area by 31st May.
The Common Area Joinery has been installed, with final painting and flooring to commence on 29th May.
The RACF Rooms have now been painted and the bedheads have been installed. The flooring will go in later this week.
The defects inspection on Level 5 has now been completed, Levels 6 and 7 will follow in the coming days.
We are now anticipating construction completion to be around early July 2024 with residents expecting to move in following the issue of titles.
