We are pleased to provide our latest construction progress update for the Grandton Applecross apartments.
The façade works on the southern elevation have now progressed down to the Ground Floor. The scaffold has been removed.
Ground Floor Glazing has commenced earlier this week with Planters and Paving Works to follow.
The paving of the Roof Terrace has also started earlier this week.
The interior fit-out is progressing well with the installation of timber flooring to Level 11 is completed and cabinetworks to Level 14 have commenced.
The wall and ceiling installations for the Ground Floor Commercial Kitchen and Café are making good progress. The Commercial Kitchen fit-out commenced earlier this week and is expected to be finalised by mid-May.
The Gym and Theatre Room will be ready for final fit-out by the end of this month.
The pool tiling has commenced, and we expect the completion of the Pool Area by the first week of May.
The Common Area Joinery commenced early April and the painting works to Level 2 are expected to be finished by 30 April. The tiling to the RACF Rooms has been completed.
We are now anticipating construction completion to be around early July 2024 with residents expecting to move in following the issue of titles.
