We are pleased to provide our latest construction progress update for the Grandton Applecross apartments.
The façade works on the southern elevation have now progressed down to Level 2.
Once the façade works are completed the scaffold will be removed. It is anticipated that the Main Entry glazing, paving and planters will commence later this month.
The paving of all balconies is now complete, and the paving of the Roof Terrace will commence in mid-April.
The irrigation to the Roof Terrace planters has been installed. The next step being the installation of the stunning Grandton Water Feature.
The interior fit-out is also progressing well with the installation of timber flooring to Level 9, bathroom tiling to Level 14, cabinetworks to Level 13 and the interior walls and ceiling on Level 13 and 14 now completed.
The wall and ceiling installations for the Ground Floor Commercial Kitchen and Café are making progress. The Commercial Kitchen fit-out commenced earlier this week and is expected to be finalised by the end of April.
The Gym and Theatre Room will be ready for final fit-out by the middle of this month.
The Pool Area has now been waterproofed and the tiling will commence shortly. We expect the completion of the Pool Area by the end of this month.
The Common Area Joinery commenced early April and the painting works to Level 2 are expected be finished by the middle of this month. The tiling to the RACF Rooms will begin shortly.
We are anticipating construction completion to be around early to mid-June 2024 with residents expecting to move in the following month after the issue of titles.
