Construction Progress, Mid-March 2024

We are pleased to provide our latest construction progress update for the Grandton Applecross apartments.

The façade works on the southern elevation are well underway, and completion down to Level 1 is anticipated by the end of March.  

Once the façade works are completed the scaffold will be removed and the Main Entry glazing, paving and planters will commence.

Balcony paving is complete to eight levels, and Roof Terrace paving will commence in the next two weeks followed by the completion of the irrigation and the Grandton Water Feature.

The interior fit-out is also progressing well with the installation of timber flooring to Level 7, the bathroom tiling to Level 14, cabinetworks to Level 13 and the interior walls on Level 13 and 14 now completed.

The wall and ceiling installation for the Ground Floor Commercial Kitchen and Café are making progress.

The Gym and Theatre Room will be ready for final fit-out by the end of this month.

This week the tiling to the Pool Area will commence.

We are anticipating construction completion to be around early to mid-June 2024 with residents expecting to move in the following month after the issue of titles.
