We are pleased to provide our latest construction progress update for the Grandton Applecross apartments.
Due to the hot weather conditions, the balance of planting on the Roof Terrace will be only completed by the end of March.
As already mentioned in the last update the temporary material hoists have been removed and we were now also able to dismantle and remove the crane.
The façade works on the southern elevation are well underway and completion down to Level 1 is anticipated by the end of March.
As you might have noticed, we have been able to further remove the external scaffold down to Level 2, revealing now almost all of the beautiful graphite coloured building façade.
The interior fit-out is also making further progress with the installation of timber flooring to Level 5, the bathroom tiling and the cabinetworks to Level 12 and the interior walls on Level 13 and 14 now completed.
Two of the lifts are now also fully operational.
Earlier this month the display apartment has been handed over to Norup + Wilson and will be available to view by appointment from early March.
