We are pleased to provide you with the November progress update for The Grandton, Applecross.
We’ve had another busy month on site at Grandton with the slabs progressing on Level 2.
The last level of precast is now being installed in readiness for the Level 3 slabs to commence. Once we reach the Level 4 slab, the building footprint reduces significantly. From this point, the floor set out is typical and repetitive and will improve the floor cycle time dramatically. We forecast to be at the roof slab level by the end of April – representing a major milestone.
Colour palettes have now been selected and meetings are scheduled for final colour selections.
Lastly, thank you to those who attended our first morning tea. It was a fantastic turn-out and we were pleased to debut our new model of the building while providing a more comprehensive update on construction.
We hope to have some more events like this moving forward as they provide a great opportunity to meet your future neighbours and ask more detailed questions in a public forum.
