We are pleased to provide you with the April 2023 progress update for The Grandton, Applecross apartments.
Grandton’s structure has now progressed to level 9 and the views are simply phenomenal!
As you’ll see from the latest on-site progress photos below, the glass is now being installed to the lower levels which means the gyprockers can finish the internal wall sheeting to these floor levels.
We are also getting very close being ready to carry out the concrete pouring for the swimming pool, we can’t wait to share photos of this milestone.
With level 10 slab pours in progress we now only have 6 more floor levels to be poured.
Our next big milestone will be the fit out of the displayed apartment on level 4, which we are expecting to be completed towards the end of May 2023. Stay tuned for this as we’ll be looking to do an official public opening, giving residents and future residents a glimpse of this luxury retirement community before it’s full completion.
