Who owns and manages the building?
The owner, Grandton Applecross Pty Ltd, is wholly owned by the directors of the highly regarded premium apartment developers, Norup + Wilson.
The Managers are Grandton Limited under the direction of the highly experienced retirement living and aged care team of John Frame, Michelle Harris-Alsop, Andrew Alsop and Sophie Fielder with extensive qualifications and expertise in managing retirement villages, nursing and health services, business, accounting and community development leadership.
Who qualifies for residency?
Grandton Applecross operates under the WA Retirement Villages Act. To qualify for residency at least one of the residents must be retired or have attained the age of 55 years.
What is the livable housing standard of the apartments?
Larger and “fit for purpose” quality retirement apartments designed to the Liveable Housing Gold Standard to make life easier and safer in future.

What amenities are residents entitled to access?

Is there vehicle parking for residents?
All retirement apartments are provided with a secure car bay and store. The penthouse apartments are allocated two car bays. The option to secure a second car bay may exist and this can be arranged with Grandton Applecross.
Are pets allowed?
A small house pet may be permitted and prior approval must be obtained in writing. Guide Dogs for the blind and hearing impaired are permitted. Please refer to the Pet Policy included in the Village Rules.
